Schedule : Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week
Pay : $150,000 - $165,000 salary

Position Overview The Change Management & Communications Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and transformation initiatives across the Planning function. This role ensures that Planning operates with efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, enabling our teams to deliver on business goals and store readiness with excellence. Acting as both strategist and implementer, the Planning Transformation Manager partners closely with leaders across Planning, Central Data, Operations, IT, and the broader business to modernize processes, introduce new tools, and embed best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Process Design
Assess current Planning processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions.
Develop and implement standardized workflows across categories (Consumables, Tech, Fashion, Destinations).
Partner with Central Data to leverage analytics and automation for smarter, faster decisions.
Change Leadership
Act as a change champion within Planning, building adoption plans for new systems, tools, and processes.
Support training, communication, and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless adoption.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Strategic Alignment
Align transformation initiatives with organizational priorities, ensuring Planning enables execution of growth, efficiency, and customer experience strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure end-to‑end integration of Planning with Buying, Supply Chain, and Store Operations.
Project Management
Lead transformation projects from design to implementation, including timelines, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in Planning, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles (retail, travel retail, consumer goods, or logistics experience preferred).
Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects that improved efficiency or reduced costs.
Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision‑making.
Skilled in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
