We’re seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our firm’s marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in social media marketing and branding, with financial services experience preferred, someone who understands the advisor landscape and can craft compelling campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand loyalty.
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping financial advisors build their personal brands, connect with their communities, and grow their businesses, while also elevating the firm’s overall visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firmwide goals
Partner with financial advisors to create tailored marketing plans, including digital campaigns, local outreach, and event promotion
Lead community outreach initiatives and advisor‑hosted events to deepen client engagement and local presence
Plan and execute firmwide events that reinforce our brand and culture
Design and support community outreach initiatives and local events that help advisors prospect and engage with potential clients
Oversee social media strategy to enhance the firm’s brand and support advisor visibility
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy across all channels
Collaborate with advisors to develop and design event flyers, turning ideas into engaging promotional materials and successful events
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with preferably 2 in financial services
Experience in B2B marketing
Strong leadership and project management skills
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools
Exceptional communication and organization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Ideal candidates are self‑stators with a strong sense of creativity and ownership
Must have a warm and professional demeanor, with the ability to connect easily with both new and experienced team members
Candidates should have a creative mindset and the ability to see projects through from start to finish

Competitive compensation- Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications
