Business Solutions Manager, Team Lead at Ultimate Staffing Human Resources Generalist
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary Range: $80,000 annually DOE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to support all facets of HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about building scalable HR processes that support employee success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Administer and support benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and vendor coordination.
Partner with leadership on talent management initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
Assist in building and refining HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HRBP role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance.
Experience in a large organizational environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP, PHR, or PHRca certification preferred.
