Your mission is to architect and implement a revolutionary AI-enhanced reading program that not only accelerates elementary students to grade-level proficiency but ignites an enduring passion for reading. This program will serve as the blueprint for scaling our successful approach across multiple locations. Basic Requirements

A bachelor's degree complemented by specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar) Proven track record of at least 2 years delivering impactful small-group reading interventions to young learners Expert ability to evaluate reading levels and create custom learning paths without relying on pre-packaged materials Demonstrated comfort with AI-powered learning platforms and ability to respond to digital learning behaviors Current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available) Ability to work on-site at one of our campus locations in Lake Forest (CA), San Francisco, Miami, or New York City About Alpha
