Benefits Sales Executive/Producer

to drive new business across their rapidly growing markets.

This is a unique opportunity to sell

without territory restrictions , collaborate with seasoned practitioners, and grow within a team that's investing in your

long-term success .

What You’ll Do:

Book

50+ qualified prospect meetings per year

Drive activity:

Client

touches

(calls, emails, drop-ins, social media) to secure first meetings

Strategic prospecting and uncovering high-value opportunities that drive real growth

Partner with experienced producers on

joint-selling

engagements

Qualifications Must-Haves:

2–5 years

of industry or adjacent experience (core medical benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)

Proven ability to

build a book of business

High activity, self-motivated, and persistent

Based in a market with

practitioner support

Preferred:

Early-stage producers with

Broker of Record

experience

B2B sales rockstars with a

team-player mindset

Experience at major firms like USI, Lockton, or Gallagher
