We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing and executing cohesive marketing and communication strategies across our diverse business units. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader who can bring a unified voice and strong consistent branding to the forefront of the entire portfolio. You will be the architect of our brand presence overseeing all digital collateral and communication efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and internal alignment across diverse market segments. As our Marketing Manager you will be a strategic leader responsible for : Brand Strategy & Management Develop and champion a singular compelling brand identity and messaging framework that unifies all companies within the portfolio. Design and Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) that drive brand awareness and generate qualified customer engagement. Serve as the Brand Guardian ensuring all internal and external communications, presentations and collateral consistently reflect the high standards and core value proposition of the corporate brand. Digital & Content Leadership Own and optimize the performance of all corporate websites (CMS management) and social media channels to maximize digital reach, SEO and audience engagement. Create and Manage a strategic content calendar for the development, distribution, and maintenance of high-impact marketing assets including presentations, case studies, white papers and promotional materials. Collaborate with design, content and external agency partners to ensure the timely delivery of exceptional marketing collateral. Communication & Alignment Establish and oversee a robust framework for internal communications that ensures all departments and business units are aligned on brand messaging, product offerings and corporate goals. Drive external communications strategies including PR, standardized client outreach and high-level participation in industry events (specifically within the engineering construction or MEP space). Partner closely with sales and product teams to translate technical offerings into clear, compelling and market-ready value propositions. Analytics & Performance Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) to justify investment and inform future strategy. Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Qualifications and Experience

Required Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record in brand management and multi-channel strategy execution. Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B marketing within the engineering, construction or MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) industries is strongly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of website Content Management Systems (CMS), social media management tools, email marketing platforms and marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). Core Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), dynamic presentation and superior project management skills with a keen attention to detail. Mindset: A strategic creative thinker who is highly collaborative, results-driven and adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Experience marketing highly technical products or services. Familiarity with graphic design principles and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
