Job Title : Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and achieve business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct market research, data analysis, and workflow assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business processes and systems. Create process models, use case diagrams, and detailed business process documentation. Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs. Support project management activities including timeline tracking and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, or similar. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA. Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise-level software systems. Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
