We are looking for aTechnical Leadwith strong end-to-end project leadership experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor developers, and drive architectural decisions to support our platform transformation. Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Guide a Scrum team in Java and cloud-native development using Spring Boot, PCF, and related technologies. Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code reviews. Develop Proof-of-Concepts and reusable development patterns. Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead technical solutioning across teams. Prepare high-level and system design documents; secure architectural approvals. Coordinate with offshore teams and testers to ensure timely delivery. Champion security best practices and ensure vulnerability-free code. Configure CI / CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub, or Travis CI. Contribute to frontend development using Angular or similar frameworks. Write and maintain unit test cases and deployment pipelines for PCF environments. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. 5–7 years of professional software development experience. 3–5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development. Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams. Strong system design skills for mid-to-large scale applications. Proficiency in SDLC processes and Agile methodologies. Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence). Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI / CD practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development. Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular. Experience with PCF and creating CI / CD pipelines using Bamboo. Strong understanding of security principles in software development. What You'll Bring
