Program Aide – College Success Office Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) is a world‑renowned education and poverty‑fighting organization based in New York. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated

Program Aide

to support our College Success Office (CSO) and help students of HCZ's Promise Academy high schools and afterschool programs succeed academically, emotionally, and career‑wise.

Pay Hourly: $20.00 per hour.

Rate based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties (preparing documents, photocopying, emailing, mailing, filing).

Provide administrative support to CSO leadership and the Data team.

Front‑desk reception: greet and welcome staff, scholars, caregivers, and visitors.

Administrative liaison: maintain supplies, process vendor payments.

Run errands and daily pick‑up as needed.

Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred).

1–2+ years of experience in administrative support.

Strong communication skills, oral and written.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Coupa, Salesforce.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in diverse urban settings; experience with at‑risk youth preferred.

A commitment to the mission and programs of HCZ.

Schedule

On‑site, Monday‑Friday, 20–25 hours per week.

Flexible hours (e.g., 9 AM–2 PM, 10 AM–2 PM, 11 AM–4 PM).
