We are hiring two Demand Management Analysts—one to support the C6ISR line of business and another to support the IWSS line of business. WHAT WE’RE DOING

Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool. Key Responsibilities
Aggregates demand signals for both Firm/Forecast demand to drive demand plan completeness. Collaborates with Program Managers, Business Development, and Sustainment demand owners to capture accurate and timely forecast updates incorporated into the SIOP process. Manages risks/gaps/actions associated with Demand. Forecasts/models over the lifecycle of a product. Aggregates LRP/Sales Plan execution risk at different business levels. Ensures SIOP governance and guardrails are followed through demand entry monitoring. Collaborates with Production Master Scheduling to help plan changes prior to major factory replanning efforts. Focuses on SIOP early engagement to ensure that opportunities and proposals are analyzed for supportability prior to demand creation. Captures and aggregates risk and opportunities to execution. Manages gap action and risk tracking/escalation/closure. Supports Demand Loads to ensure all requirements are loaded with full Lead Time and aligned with SIOP simulation output. Collaborates with Program Managers and Sustainment demand stream owners to drive improvements in forecasting processes in support of firm demand planning. Oversees business area financial risk analysis and chairs business area decision forums. Coordinates cross‑functionally and manages stakeholder expectations to successfully execute the SIOP process.
