New Construction Estimator / Sales / Project Manager High Income Potential - Looking for Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management.
Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA Mon- Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform full plan and specification take offs
Create well written proposals
Development of new national chain accounts
Create lasting relationships
Salesperson with high success in closing sale
Following up on proposals
In field meetings and networking
Project management
Problem solving and critical thinking
General department support
Misc. as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors knowledge
Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors
English / Spanish speaking a plus
Estimating
Project management
Computer literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving attitude
Mechanically Inclined
Excellent organization skills
Construction knowledge a MUST
Must be a motivated individual
College degree preferred

Compensation
$60K - $80K annual Base Salary + Commission
