A growing private equity firm is seeking a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within the firm’s North American Operations team. This fast‑paced, high‑touch role is suited for a professional with strong judgment, attention to detail, and polished communication.
Base pay range $110,000 – $120,000 per year
Hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation $110K–$120K base + paid overtime + annual bonus
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including heavy calendar management across multiple time zones
Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives and portfolio company teams
Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries
Process and reconcile expense reports in Concur with precision and timeliness
Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, exercising discretion and professionalism
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and support ad‑hoc administrative projects
Qualifications
Minimum of 5–7 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in financial services or a fast‑paced professional environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, polished presence
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong judgment, discretion, and organizational abilities
