A private equity investment firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to support senior professionals. This role requires a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-oriented culture. Responsibilities

Manage busy calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Arrange domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground, itineraries) Provide general administrative support to team members as needed Assist with Salesforce entries (prior experience a plus) Partner with the other admin to ensure seamless team coverage Contribute to a “no task too big or small” culture, ensuring things get done efficiently and accurately Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of relevant administrative experience (financial services preferred, not required) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through Positive, flexible, and team-oriented personality Ability to handle multiple priorities with a “get it done” mindset Domestic and international travel coordination experience required Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus Seniority level
