Our Client, a Digital Media company, is looking for a Senior Account Receivable Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities
Management of team ticket queue. Actioning variances within reports such as Custom Billing, BIA, Invoice Status and Deferred Revenue. 3PS billing. Troubleshooting billing issues as they arise.
Team ticket queue management, Completeness of Custom Billing report, BIA report, Invoice Status report and Deferred Revenue Report
Timely resolution of variances within reports previously referenced. Completeness of 3PS billing according to SLA’s. Displaying critical thinking and taking ownership of troubleshooting issues
Requirements
Must-have skills/qualifications (technical, soft skills, certifications, tools):
Critical thinking, excellent communication, GSuite experience, Excel excellence
5+ years in billing
Digital advertising
Self-starter, driven to succeed, mindset of things can always be better, eagerness to learn, strong partnership skills, quick learner
