Manage the team ticket queue and ensure timely action on all requests
Analyze variances in reports including Custom Billing, BIA, Invoice Status, and Deferred Revenue
Handle 3PS billing and troubleshoot billing issues as they arise
Maintain completeness and accuracy of Custom Billing, BIA, Invoice Status, and Deferred Revenue reports
Display critical thinking and ownership in resolving issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in GSuite and advanced Excel skills
Self-starter with a driven mindset and eagerness to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the digital advertising industry
Proven track record of managing and resolving billing issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong partnership skills and a proactive approach to tasks
