Overview This role supports Mylar Americas in establishing an FP&A-driven mindset, contributing to global processes and supporting finance activities such as audits.
Responsibilities
Drive margin analysis to support VM and GM improvements in Mylar business.
Provide financial modelling for business optimization projects.
Consolidate the financial forecast and AOP process for the Americas Region, driving forecast accuracy and accountability.
Support Mylar Global CFO/Finance Team with related reporting requests.
Optimize and maintain reporting decks for internal business and manufacturing reviews (KPIs, trends, etc.).
Coordinate with other local regional finance organizations to harmonize FP&A processes.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Manage own projects.
Drive change.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Self‑directed, minimal supervision, self‑starter, multi‑tasking and prioritizing.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Collaborate and communicate with various organizational levels.
Proficient in SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline; CPA preferred.
8+ years in Finance, preferably FP&A.
Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
