is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service management, estimating, and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, driving team performance, and growing business through strategic sales efforts. Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Service Operations: Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and quality control of HVAC service delivery. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor HVAC technicians to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving inquiries. Sales Growth: Promote service contracts, maintenance plans, and system upgrades through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure department profitability. Technical Support: Provide expertise to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service, sales, and work orders; prepare reports for leadership. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Inventory Management: Oversee parts and equipment inventory for cost-effective operations. Qualifications
5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in commercial HVAC service. Proven sales experience in promoting HVAC contracts and upgrades. EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) and relevant HVAC certifications. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in HVAC management software and Microsoft Office/CRM systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Seniority level
