Job Title : HVAC Service Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized HVAC Service Manager to lead and support our team of skilled technicians. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily service operations, ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, and uphold safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all HVAC service calls.

As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be instrumental in developing team performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving operational excellence in residential and light commercial HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, schedule, and dispatch HVAC service technicians for residential and commercial jobs

Ensure all service calls are completed on time and meet company standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Support technicians in troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring accurate diagnostics and effective repairs

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to technicians to foster continuous improvement

Maintain accurate records of service work, parts used, and time tracking through the company's service software

Monitor inventory levels, order parts, and manage equipment maintenance

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and industry regulations

Work closely with the sales and install departments to coordinate service support and upsell opportunities

Report on team performance, service KPIs, and customer feedback to leadership

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC service experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques

EPA Certification and applicable state HVAC licensing required

Proficiency with HVAC service software and digital scheduling tools

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

NATE Certification or equivalent

Experience managing residential and light commercial HVAC service teams

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
