Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Entry Writer at our Miami, FL location. The Customs Entry Writer will be responsible for preparing and processing import documentation and clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and handling various administrative tasks related to customs brokerage. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
Experience in preparing and processing import/export documentation and clearance procedures
Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and compliance
Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and regulatory agencies
Administrative and organizational skills for handling customs brokerage tasks
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and software related to customs brokerage
An understanding of international trade and logistics is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Customs Brokerage or related field is beneficial
