Qualifications
Driver's License Clean DMV
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent Product knowledge preferred College education preferred
Specialized
1 year in an upscale retail environment preferred

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company\'s production and quality standards.
Physical Requirements (Surroundings)
Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas. Sitting on a regular basis. Standing on a regular basis. Walking on a regular basis. Bending, twisting and/or stooping infrequently. Kneeling and/or squatting infrequently. Lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. Infrequently reaching and/or lifting overhead. Infrequently climbing stairs. Repetitive hand/finger movement on a regular basis. Grasping/grabbing with hands infrequently. Pushing and pulling.
General Expectations
Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers. Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening. Attend company meetings as required. Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects. Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively. Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services. Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business. Follow lawful directions from supervisors. Understand and follow work rules and procedures. Participate in performance management. Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale. Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements. Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Job-Specific Expectations
Provides comprehensive product information throughout the sales process. Supports the sales department in product related tasks and activities. Provides extensive and customer oriented product experience and explains complex product features based on customers actual needs. Provides transparent product information to Genius community, sales representatives and Contact Information Centers (CIC). Improves the quality of the sales process and customer satisfaction. Fully explains vehicle features, application and benefits. Maintains constant communication with the designated sales personnel at the dealership on vehicle delivery and any scheduling changes. Arrives to scheduled appointments in a timely manner and maintains communication with clients regarding any changes to scheduled time. Acquires and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles and understands competitors vehicle features, benefits and perhaps shortcomings. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients. Achieves client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follows up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfaction. Maintains high ethical standards in all actions and maintains a professional appearance at all times. Demonstrates passion about our brand and products. Confident in using new media (tablets, social media, etc). Achieves high standards by focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting results, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity. Works effectively with others by focusing on teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively, and using these communication skills to influence customers and to ask probing questions about customer problems and needs. Handles pressure by focusing on adapting to change, maintaining composure, resolving conflicts and multi-tasking. Manages complexity by focusing on planning and prioritizing, analyzing problems, and making decisions. Applies the basics by focusing on referencing written information, applying basic language and math skills, using computer and technical systems, completing forms, and learning new procedures. Understands and uses business knowledge by focusing on applying general sales knowledge and using knowledge of dealership operations. Maintains a valid driver's license, meeting company insurance carrier eligibility requirements, to accompany customers during the test drive. Assists in other areas of the Sales department and performs other administrative duties, as assigned. Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.

Compensation Range By Position
The expected pay for this position is $16.50 per hour to $20.00 per hour plus bonus up to $5,000.00 per month and may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
