About the Role You are: A MarTech leader and solution architect who blends technical depth with functional consulting skills. You bring hands‑on expertise in marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and architecture, data and integrations architecture, while also advising on emerging areas such as GenAI‑and‑agentic driven marketing journeys, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
Provide techno‑functional leadership for onshore and offshore teams across marketing automation, CDPs, campaign activation, and advanced analytics.
Translate complex MarTech requirements into scalable, integrated solutions that align with client business goals.
Design and implement solutions leveraging CDPs for unified profile and data management as well as GenAI and agentic tools for campaign generation, audience segmentation, and content personalization.
Oversee marketing technology administration: campaign migrations, environment upgrades, and access management.
Partner with client IT/tech teams to deliver integrations across CRM, CDP, source systems, data environments, and cloud platforms.
Lead and coach global delivery teams during escalations, issue resolution, and peer reviews.
Drive continuous improvements in marketing automation, single view of the customer enterprise adoption, and AI/GenAI enablement.
Support new business efforts, leading the application of GenAI‑and‑agentic based technical solutions to support marketing transformation with client executives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, including hands‑on expertise in one or more marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle CRM, Eloqua, Marketo).
Experience designing and delivering Customer Data Platform solutions (Adobe RT‑CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar).
Exposure to GenAI applications in marketing (content generation, predictive segmentation, offer decisioning engines, agentic architecture).
Strong techno‑functional background: solution architecture, data modeling, integrations, and cloud‑based solutions.
Experience leading large global teams and marketing transformation initiatives.
Bonus Skills
Strong communication and client‑facing skills, including C‑level interactions.
Certifications in B2C/B2B marketing platforms for Salesforce, Adobe, cloud providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS, Databricks) or other CDP platforms.
Cross‑industry experience (e.g., High Tech, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Comms and Media, CPG and Retail, Financial Services).
Experience with DMPs/DSPs, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and web analytics (Google, Adobe).
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Advanced skills in SQL, HTML for email, JavaScript.
