Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct clinical pharmacy services for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor medication therapy plans Participate in rounds, provide drug information, and optimize medication safety and efficacy Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical research within the PICU setting Educate staff, patients, and families on appropriate medication use Qualifications
PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Training completed Current experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in PICU, acute care pediatrics, or children's hospital settings Must have completed residency training; current residents are not eligible Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment Why Join Us
