Clinical Pharmacist - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Location: Houston, TX Client: A Leading Children's Hospital in Texas Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM) | On-call one week every 8 weeks Our client, a top-ranked pediatric hospital, is seeking a Residency-Trained Clinical Pharmacist to join their 32-bed PICU team in Houston, TX. In this role, you'll provide advanced clinical pharmacy support, collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, and ensure safe, effective medication management for critically ill pediatric patients. Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services to PICU patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Participate in patient rounds, treatment planning, and medication therapy management. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations. Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Pharmacy Residency required. Active Texas Pharmacist License (or eligibility). Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills. Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. On-call rotation: one full week every 8 weeks (after hours and weekends). Why Join Our Client
