This job is an experienced legal professional who plays a proactive role in case strategy, document management, and client interaction. Building on a foundation of significant paralegal experience, they demonstrate leadership within the legal team and provide high-level support through sophisticated research, drafting, and case management.
Essential Responsibilities
Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format.
Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities.
Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff.
Expected Qualifications
6 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required.
Compensation and Benefits Actual Compensation is based on various factors including work location, relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $30 to $49.
