Sell HVAC service contracts and retrofit projects Prospect new business and expand existing accounts Meet regularly with facility managers and decision-makers Create proposals and close deals with clear ROI Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth delivery Track activity and results in CRM Requirements
Must-Haves 3+ years of HVAC / mechanical service sales Strong local relationships with building owners or operators Skilled in identifying needs and building value-based solutions Based in the Riverside area with a stable track record Excellent communication and follow-through Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and controls Experience with retrofit or design-build projects Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline reporting Compensation & Logistics
