We’re hiring an HVAC Sales Executive in Orange County, CA to sell service agreements and retrofit projects to building owners and facility managers.
Impact Grow revenue through service contracts and retrofit work
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Help customers reduce downtime and improve system performance
Bring HVAC solutions that solve real operational problems
Responsibilities Sell HVAC service plans and project work (retrofits, upgrades)
Meet regularly with facility managers and building owners
Build a pipeline of new accounts and manage existing clients
Prepare proposals and close deals
Work closely with service and project teams to deliver solutions
Track activity and sales progress using CRM
Requirements Must-Haves 3+ years selling HVAC service or mechanical systems
Strong local network of building owners and facility teams
Confident in prospecting, presentations, and closing
Based in Orange County with a solid work history
Great follow-up and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and building systems
Experience selling to property managers or real estate groups
Familiar with CRM tools and reporting
