Hunt and close new IT, VoIP, and cabling business Build relationships with business owners, GCs, and property managers Work with leadership to design offers, pricing, and sales process Compensation and Benefits
Base:
$75K Commissions:
Uncapped (10% on recurring IT/VoIP, 5% on project-based work, 15% on cabling projects over $1M) Total earned
— expected earnings: $150K–$250K+ in year one (base + commissions) Health, dental, and vision through BCBS NC (50% company-paid) Fully remote with monthly team meetups Unlimited PTO What You Bring
3–7+ years of proven success in MSP, VoIP, or telecom sales Existing network in SMB verticals or with GCs/project work This is not a warm-lead or account management role.
