We’re a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) expanding nationally, and we’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Representative who thrives on driving new business, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a fully remote, high-autonomy role with uncapped earning potential, your success directly determines your paycheck.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, and close new business

Build a pipeline of SMB and mid-market clients through outbound prospecting, social selling, and networking

Present tailored MSP solutions across managed IT, cloud, security, and infrastructure services

Partner with technical leaders to deliver proposals that win trust and value

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM

Represent a brand that prioritizes customer success and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit

3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in the MSP or IT services industry

Proven hunter mindset, you’re energized by closing new logos, not farming existing ones

Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with business owners and decision-makers

Experienced selling to SMB and mid-market clients

Tech-savvy, resourceful, and driven by measurable results

Organized and disciplined with CRM tracking and pipeline hygiene

Base salary $65K-$85K + uncapped commissions (OTE $140K-$150K+)
