McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics is shaping the future of patient care, disease prevention, and biomedical discovery by transforming data into innovative solutions powered by artificial intelligence, data science, and informatics. We are the only biomedical informatics program with advanced doctoral degrees in Texas and the largest and only free‑standing informatics school in the nation. This is a Non‑Exempt, Casual status position with no benefits. The role is not to exceed 19.5 hours per week and is scheduled to work 4.4 hours per week (0.11 FTE). Title and Position Summary

Responsible for the application of standard statistical methods for conducting analysis and preparing reports. Position Key Accountabilities

Conduct statistical analyses and prepare reports. Supervise the routing tabulation of data; edit and analyze the final material in the form of reports and records, including detail and summary tables, graphs, and charts. Perform statistical analyses from both large and small samples of data. Calculate medians, quantities, percentiles, and coefficients of correlation. Test data for sampling errors and for significance differences between samples. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field (required). Minimum Experience

2 years of experience in analysis and presentation of statistical data required. May substitute with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum requirement. Physical Requirements

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. Security Sensitive

Position is a security‑sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code 51.215 and Texas Government Code 411.094.
