Base pay range:
$50,400.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will drive daily store operations, develop team performance, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and uphold Starbucks’ standards of excellence and sustainability.
Key Qualifications
2+ years of retail or customer‑service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. Military service
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment
High School diploma or GED (minimum); college coursework preferred
Essential Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed in the U.S.
Full‑time availability (40+ hrs per week) including variable hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
