Base Pay Range $50,400.00/yr – $58,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a partner team to deliver a meaningful coffee experience.
Create a welcoming environment where every cup sparks connection.
Ensure operational excellence, including service quality, inventory, and financial performance.
Promote Starbucks culture and embody its values in daily interactions.
Qualifications
2 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with sales‑focused experience.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
Legal documentation proving identity and eligibility for employment in the applicable country.
Availability to work full time, including flexible early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
