Strategic CIO Partnership:
Serve as the CIO's right hand to translate strategic vision into executable plans and represent the CIO in strategic meetings while effectively operating at both strategic and tactical levels. Performance Management & Metrics:
Own the IT OKR framework, establish service metrics/SLAs, and lead quarterly business reviews to foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. Managed Services Oversight:
Lead strategic MSP relationships, drive service delivery improvements, and implement governance frameworks that optimize contracts and align with organizational objectives. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery:
Lead enterprise-wide disaster recovery planning, business continuity initiatives, and testing programs while maintaining RTOs/RPOs and ensuring regulatory compliance. Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation:
Spearhead major technology initiatives including AWS migration, core infrastructure consolidation, and O365/Domain Controller integration while establishing governance frameworks for cloud services. Service Management & Operational Excellence:
Direct enterprise Service Desk operations, drive SRE adoption to improve system reliability metrics, and lead comprehensive incident and change management processes. Additional Leadership Areas:
Drive excellence across DevOps/Automation, End User Computing, Core IT Services, Operations Management, Strategic PMO, IT Communications, and Organizational Transformation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing diverse IT functions. Proven experience leading service management, operations, and infrastructure teams. Strong track record in operational excellence, MSP management, and metrics-driven improvement. Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and large-scale IT programs. Preferred Experience
MBA or advanced degree in technology management. Experience in cloud infrastructure environments (AWS preferred). Background in infrastructure modernization and MSP governance. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and SRE practices. Track record implementing OKR frameworks and improving service metrics. Experience with O365 tenant consolidations and domain controller management.
