Key Responsibilities
Serve as the CIO's right hand to translate strategic vision into executable plans and represent the CIO in strategic meetings Own the IT OKR framework, establish service metrics / SLAs, and lead quarterly business reviews Lead strategic MSP relationships, drive service delivery improvements, and implement governance frameworks Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles Proven experience leading service management, operations, and infrastructure teams Strong track record in operational excellence, MSP management, and metrics-driven improvement Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and large-scale IT programs
