The Regional Practice Manager oversees daily operations, administrative leadership, and clinical coordination across multiple medical offices within our multispecialty private practice in New York City. This role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality patient care, efficient practice workflows, and strong physician and staff engagement. Partnering closely with executive and clinical leadership, the Regional Practice Manager drives operational excellence, optimizes business performance, and supports the continued expansion and strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities Practice Operations & Leadership Direct daily operations across multiple practice locations, ensuring consistent delivery of superior patient care and efficient administrative processes.

Develop and implement standardized workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure uniformity and compliance across all offices.

Monitor and enforce adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and New York State healthcare regulations.

Conduct regular practice and site assessments to evaluate performance, compliance, and service quality.

Physician & Clinical Support Serve as a liaison between physicians, clinical staff, and administration to support effective communication and practice performance.

Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and clinical support functions to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction.

Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to address clinical operations challenges and enhance practice‑specific needs.

Support physician onboarding, credentialing, and payer enrollment processes in partnership with the Revenue Cycle and Credentialing teams.

Administrative & Staff Management Supervise front and back‑office personnel to ensure cohesive operations and consistent patient experience.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for staff across assigned offices.

Promote staff development through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and leadership training.

Oversee timekeeping, payroll processes, and staffing levels to meet practice needs efficiently.

Patient Experience & Quality Improvement Implement systems and training programs that improve the patient journey, from scheduling to check‑out.

Track and respond to patient feedback and satisfaction surveys, identifying areas for service improvement.

Partner with quality improvement teams to ensure best practices in care delivery, infection control, and patient safety.

Financial Oversight Manage operating budgets, monitor monthly performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Analyze practice revenue, expenses, and productivity data to recommend strategic cost‑controls and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Approve invoices, purchase orders, and supply requests to ensure fiscal responsibility and timely procurement.

Strategic Planning & Growth Collaborate with leadership on business development opportunities, including new site openings and service line expansions.

Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient access, and provider engagement.

Facilitate monthly leadership meetings and practice performance reviews to align goals across regions.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in practice management, operations, or healthcare administration within a multi‑site or multispecialty environment.

Demonstrated success in managing teams, improving patient experience, and overseeing daily clinical operations.

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, revenue cycle operations, and physician relations.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with electronic health record systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare management software.
