Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Practice Manager
to lead the operations of a growing
Primary Care practice
within an innovative, technology-driven healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in a
startup environment , embraces digital health tools, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences through operational excellence and modern care models.
The Practice Manager will oversee clinical and administrative workflows, manage staff performance, and optimize business functions such as credentialing, scheduling, and revenue cycle management. This individual will also collaborate closely with leadership to scale operations, support new service lines, and integrate technology to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Primary Care clinic, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams.
Manage staffing schedules, onboarding, and performance for medical and administrative personnel.
Lead provider
credentialing and payer enrollment
processes to ensure compliance and timely onboarding.
Direct all
revenue cycle management
functions, including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, and reconciliation.
Utilize
health technology platforms and EHR systems
to drive operational efficiency and improve patient engagement.
Partner with leadership to implement scalable systems, technology integrations, and workflow automation.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient access, billing accuracy, and operational performance.
Support
business development initiatives , including community outreach, patient acquisition strategies, and service expansion.
Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of healthcare management experience , preferably within a Primary Care or multispecialty setting.
Proficient in
credentialing, payer enrollment, and revenue cycle management
(including claim posting and reconciliation).
Experience managing clinical operations and staff scheduling.
Demonstrated success in
practice growth and business development
within a startup or fast-paced environment.
Comfortable adopting and managing
digital health tools , analytics dashboards, and EHR systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and motivated by innovation, change, and continuous improvement.
