What You’ll Do
Manage personal injury defense cases from start to finish, including premises liability, auto negligence, wrongful death, and foodborne illness cases.
Work with paralegals/staff on pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents.
Take and defend depositions.
Conduct legal research and shape case strategy.
Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings.
Communicate directly with insurance and corporate clients.
What we’re Looking For
5+ years of personal injury experience (defense preferred).
Established litigation background; trial experience preferred.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
Licensed to practice law (multiple states a plus).
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$125K–200K DOE/Q.
Firm-paid health, disability & life insurance.
