Responsibilities
Deliver acute inpatient dialysis care (Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, Apheresis) in multiple hospital settings
Lead patient assessments, monitor and document vital signs, and adjust treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and oversee patient care with support of PCTs
Work 3 shifts per week (10‑12 hour shifts) plus 1 on‑call shift (6pm‑6am) and rotating weekends
Float to various facilities during and after training
Maintain flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of practice
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or equivalent diploma acceptable
Prior dialysis experience required; ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg experience beneficial
Valid certification (CNN or CDN) preferred but not required
Successful completion of pre‑employment color‑blindness test and COVID‑19 vaccination (includes booster)
