Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex civil litigation matters. Handle all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and resolution. Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court regularly. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team to strategize and deliver optimal outcomes for clients. Maintain clear and consistent client communication while managing expectations and goals. Qualifications
Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial and courtroom exposure. Demonstrated expertise in both civil and personal injury litigation; catastrophic case experience is highly valued. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting. Business development experience and client management skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $200,000 – $275,000 annually, based on experience and performance. Additional compensation for business generation. Benefits include: 401(k) with matching; comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off. Schedule & Work Environment
