Team Overview The Performance Marketing Team is a world‑leading, data‑driven group that develops large‑scale marketing programs to improve Agoda customers’ lifetime value. The team blends the best analysts, strategists, and data scientists, working closely with cross‑functional partners to turn insights into measurable growth. You will learn and grow alongside experts from around the world.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.

Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.

Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.

Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.

Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.

Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing, including SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.

Innovative problem‑solving skills – the ability to tackle complex challenges and devise creative solutions in dynamic environments.

Stakeholder management and communication: ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels, including senior management.
