Position Summary

Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic and technical initiatives across our expanding technology ecosystem. Youll shape how projects are planned, executed, and delivered, drive process maturity and governance, and promote transparency across the firm. The ideal candidate is a PMP and Agile-certified professional with hands-on experience managing enterprise IT projects and administering Jira Software at scale. This high-impact role partners with IT and business leadership to align technology initiatives with KSMs modernization strategy and AI-driven future. Responsibilities

Develop and implement a firmwide IT project management framework aligned with KSMs business goals and IT governance model. Lead projects through full lifecycles from initiation and scoping to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes. Administer and configure Jira Software to optimize project tracking, automation, and reporting. Partner with technical teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and resource allocations. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Agile environment. Monitor project health and provide transparent reporting to IT leadership and business stakeholders. Partner with executives to align IT initiatives with firmwide strategic priorities. Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and promote accountability, predictability, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. PMP and Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in medium-to-large organizations. Proven experience administering and configuring Jira for enterprise use (Confluence or Power BI experience a plus). Strong background in developing or refining project management frameworks or PMOs. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams in hybrid or distributed environments.
