Job Description The Vuori Culture and Event Specialist is responsible for the successful execution of all Vuori employee-facing events including annual gatherings, “surprise and delight” moments, large-scale learning programs and summits, give back and wellbeing events. You will oversee event details from conception through completion, ensuring fun is at the center for every experience. While balancing creativity with operations, you masterfully coordinate end-to-end production, including timelines, vendors, and on-site logistics. As a steward of our office culture and shared traditions, you are a natural collaborator and strong communicator that engages employees and ensures our Vuori brand and culture are present within every experience you create. You maintain and nurture relationships with local vendors, ensuring our events support and inspire happiness with not just our employees, but our neighbors as well. In this role, you'll be a member of the Learning and Development team and report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development as well as work cross functionally across the company.

What you’ll get to do:

Responsible for full-cycle event planning for employee events and large-scale learning initiatives at Vuori HQ. This includes outlining event goals and themes, vendor identification and contracting, food and beverage planning, transportation arrangements, branding and internal marketing, on-site logistics and day-of coordination including setup and tear down.

Drive Culture Committee engagement (cross-section of employees) including committee selection process, feedback gathering to inform event directions and solicit Committee buy-in and support across the company

Leverage our product, marketing and culture as inspiration for events that align with our mission, vision, purpose and brand story

Process payments, invoices and track expenses; partner with Senior Director on budget management and approvals

Partner with Facilities and Security, Tech, Legal, People and Culture, Corporate Communications, Retail Admin, Sustainability and Cause Marketing teams as well as Executive and Administrative Assistants to ensure alignment and processes are followed including compliance with safety and security protocols

For offsite events, serve as main point of contact for (recommend and review contracts in partnership with Senior Director), coordinate hotel and shuttle resources and any attendee travel, review and address AV needs with relevant partners or sites, coordinate load in and load out of supplies and setup, and manage relationships with third-party event planners (as needed)

Own updates to the HQ Events calendar and ensure events are properly scheduled and communicated to key partners across admin, communications, facilities and go-to-market teams as well as employees

Maintain accurate record of event registration, participation and engagement including feedback from employees and partners to inform future events

Qualifications Who you are:

Passion for designing creative, brand-driven, engaging events that spark connection and fun

Strong collaborator and proactive communicator; provides outstanding customer service to internal and external event partners, demonstrating our value of Being in Great Relationships

Proven ability to manage timelines, event logistics, details, and vendors with a keen eye for flawless execution

Solution-orientated with the ability to quickly adapt and pivot

Experience executing corporate events for 500+ people involving coordination of multiple vendors

Minimum of two-years of experience in event planning (preferred)

The salary range for this role is $74,900 per year - $96,285 per year.
