Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options and helping them make informed decisions.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and changing customer needs.
Leverage prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience; if you have no sales experience, you will receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed your goals.
Salary & Hours New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 and $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, education/training, and achievement of sales goals.
