Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of AVP, Sales Executive specializing in AI and Automation solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding our relationships with key clients in the healthcare technology and payor sectors. The primary focus will be on opening new logos by understanding client needs, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Genzeon through various channels with a focus on healthcare tech and payors. Build business by identifying and evaluating 15-20 prospects, driving profitable sales through AI and automation solution-selling strategies. Demonstrate the ROI of AI and automation implementations in reducing administrative costs and improving operational efficiency for healthcare organizations. Provide tailored AI and automation solutions to complex business challenges, expanding our offerings within client businesses. Craft and execute sales strategies while fostering robust client relationships, owning the entire client lifecycle. Position Genzeon’s AI capabilities as critical tools for potential clients seeking to modernize core business operations and enhance efficiency. Stay updated on AI innovation trends, automation technologies, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, focusing on the Healthcare Payers sector. Utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities, enhance competitive positioning, and lead digital value chain initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies. Implement Account Planning, Research & Prospect Management using Domain Industry Solutions, IT, and Business Process Service Offerings. Coordinate with technology teams to form account teams for contract management, opportunity forecasting, and pipeline management. Oversee proposal activity, work with delivery teams to identify AI-powered solutions, and manage industry conference participation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts, evaluating new business opportunities. Plan and execute strategic campaigns to promote industry-specific offerings. Identify optimal entry points in potential clients, liaise with technical teams on account management, and evaluate new business opportunities with other service offerings. Utilize 3rd party data sources for quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision-making. Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience selling consulting services within the Healthcare domain. Atleast 2-5 years of IT Service Industry experience. Minimum 7 years experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, with a proven track record of Onshore/Offshore sales and an annual quota of at least $4M. Minimum 5 years of successful experience selling similar service offerings, including AI Solutions, Intelligent Process Automation, RPA, and Digital Engineering. Strong understanding of health tech and payor operations and how AI and automation can transform key business processes and compliance functions. Demonstrated success in selling deals within the $5 to $50M range. Proven consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments using a solution selling model. Experience with major healthcare automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI technology (NLP, ML) preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Seniority level
