Base pay range

Supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. Performs basic configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control. Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases. Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. Sets up user accesses and trains users on application. Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications
Educational level: Typically a university degree or equivalent experience; understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience. Provide technical ERP support to manufacturing and production operations; acts as front-line ERP expert for troubleshooting, analysis, training, and corrections within the system. Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP; knowledge of SAP and MES; 3–5 years of ERP systems support (preferred). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Technical responsibilities
IDOC (intermediate document) clearing – identify and analyze issues between SAP and MES daily. Coordinate special work activities on the Production floor. Manage PO cancellations in MES/SAP. Clear open TRs in Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP). Work with production operators to create quarantine tickets (QT) as needed. Create and correct work orders within the ERP system; modify as required. Act as subject matter expert within MES and SmartERP systems. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
