A leading law firm is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to join their dynamic litigation practice that spans commercial disputes, regulatory matters, white-collar defense, and personal injury. The position is fully on site in Newark, New Jersey.

Who You Are

You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of conflicts experience at a law firm

Skilled communicator who works well with attorneys and support staff

Comfortable managing sensitive data and navigating legal conflicts

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Intapp Conflicts or Aderant is a plus

Open to working outside standard hours when needed

What You’ll Do

Conduct research to identify potential conflicts for new clients and matters

Review and process client intake forms to ensure policy compliance

Maintain and update the conflicts database with accurate, organized data

Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding conflicts and matter status

Support ongoing improvements to intake procedures and risk controls

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and document review

What Success Looks Like

Conflict checks and intakes are completed accurately and on time

Legal teams receive prompt, helpful support

Potential risks are flagged early and handled appropriately

Data systems are reliable, clean, and up to date

Salary Range:

$60,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience

Location:

Newark, NJ – On site
