We support all commercial segments - from Enterprise to SMB - by building and evolving frameworks such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and Long-Range Planning. These models bring clarity to complex challenges and empower leaders to make bold decisions.
We partner closely with Business Planning, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy. From framing decisions for Microsoft 365 Copilot to evaluating investments in new AI capabilities, our work plays a critical role in enabling innovation and accelerating impact.
We are seeking a
Senior Finance Manager to lead the long-term revenue growth strategy for key workloads within the M365 & Copilot portfolio . Qualifications Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
2 years of financial modeling and business partnership with product, marketing or business planning.
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in financial modeling
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling business cases
Detail-oriented yet able to drive big-picture strategy
Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and skilled at prioritization across multiple workstreams
Confident communicator who can influence leadership
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Partner with cross-functional teams to assess industry trends, benchmark offerings, and deep customer and market research
Pricing & Packaging:
Define SKU lineups, assess the financial impact of new features, products, and packaging, and ensure long-term business model viability
Strategic Planning:
Develop and drive long-range revenue plans, influence leadership through financial modeling, and shape investment priorities
Protect
Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure the team is current on company policies and procedures.
