Senior Finance Manager, Gaming – Microsoft
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Gaming Central Investment team with reporting and change management experience who is comfortable with a fast‑paced evolving business environment. This role will focus on creating consistent views and processes that improve efficiency and enable stakeholders to focus on key decision points.
Responsibilities
Drive representation of investments in the Gaming P&L (Platform vs. First Party) and establish a regular reporting and communication rhythm across stakeholder communities.
Bridge ABK investments from Oracle to SAP, including management of forecast and cross‑entity funding changes.
Standardize reporting for key investment drivers, such as headcount.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline tactical processes (e.g., PCN requests) by leveraging Microsoft technologies.
Develop approval logic and standard checks to ensure fast and accurate process delivery.
Deliver training and create documentation for finance teams on updated tools and workflows.
Special Projects
Manage ongoing support for Gaming Leadership with special projects, including Gaming Together strategies and cross‑functional team (CFT) collaboration.
Qualifications – Required / Minimum
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience in financial analysis, financial forecasting or budgeting, and /or controllership, ideally in the technology industry.
4+ years of advanced Excel modeling experience used for forecasting/planning.
4+ years of FP&A experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post‑graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post‑graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.

Pay Range Financial Analysis IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 – $188,400 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $123,500 – $206,400 per year.
