Project Manager IT Delivery/Agile Operations
Role Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives across multiple technology streams. This includes project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional Agile or hybrid teams within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across assigned IT domains (e.g., applications, cloud, infrastructure, data). Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. Facilitate collaboration between development, infrastructure, and product teams. Track and report on delivery KPIs (budget, schedule, risk, and quality). Manage vendor deliverables and cross-stream dependencies. Support Agile delivery practices, while ensuring alignment with PMO governance standards. Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions. Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications
No visa candidates, only W2 locals 8-12 years of experience in IT project management, including Agile and hybrid models. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream technology initiatives. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, and Power BI. Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe). Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred. Seniority level
