Lead a team to deliver a welcoming guest experience and high-quality coffee and service. Foster a positive, inclusive store culture that motivates team members and supports growth. Coordinate daily operations to ensure store cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve availability, and optimize guest satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to implement standards and drive performance metrics. Qualifications

2 years of retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of U.S. Military service. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment. Minimum High School diploma or GED. Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where you apply. Ability to work full time (regularly requires more than 40 hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
