Position Overview
We’re seeking a
Marketing Manager
to lead digital strategy, brand storytelling, and campaign execution for our growing design‑build company. This role is ideal for a creative strategist who thrives in both high‑level planning and hands‑on implementation — ensuring Woolsey Construction continues to stand out as San Diego’s leader in
luxury residential construction .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with The Woolsey Way and company growth goals.
Oversee and manage the Woolsey Construction website — including SEO optimization, content updates, landing pages, analytics tracking, and integration with CRM and lead forms.
Plan and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social, print, and local events.
Manage the content calendar and production of creative assets (photo, video, and design) that reflect our craftsmanship and brand identity.
Monitor campaign analytics, SEO performance, and web traffic metrics to measure ROI and optimize engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality client communications.
Identify PR, award, and partnership opportunities to enhance visibility in the luxury home and design‑build market.
Support website blog strategy and SEO‑driven content that improves ranking for target keywords such as luxury custom homes San Diego, design‑build remodeling, and ADU construction San Diego.
Manage external vendors, photographers, and creative partners as needed.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, architecture, or luxury design industries.
Proven success in SEO, website management, and Google Analytics / Search Console.
Experience with CRM systems, email automation, and digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and WordPress or similar CMS.
Strong writing, communication, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A passion for design, storytelling, and building meaningful client experiences.
